Technicians can be given computer-generated reports that detail system information before they're sent on the job. Reports can also be generated with the information for each system a customer has, and to display information about all jobs a technician has for the day so management knows where a technician is supposed to be at any given time throughout the day.

You can easily view the number of services scheduled in each department for a given day, week, month, year or more via reports. The system also has many administrative reports (see below) that provide information to aid in analyzing services and focusing on customer retention.




Furthermore, reports can be generated for whatever records are provided by any searches, so you can analyze your data however you wish using the flexible search mechanisms. The system also support printing inspection reports on multi-part paper.
