Installation job status information can be recorded. This includes (but is not limited to) recording Job Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Owner, Email, Fax, Filters, Contact, Contact Phone, Store Number, and Billing Information. Also, each puff test can be tracked and dated notes can be recorded. A work order can be maintained throughout the life of the job and a job worksheet that contains all installation job details can be printed and given out to techs.




Some additional information you can record includes: Job Reference Number, Customer Name, Job Status (Install, Upgrade, Repair, Puff Test, and More), Salesman, Job Contact, Contact Phone, and Information about the system being installed can be recorded for each system. Lastly, the Installation job status can be tracked as well including recording of if and when Sub draw was sent, Drawings were approved, Permit was received, Check was sent, Job was Started, Job was completed, and more...
