Loads of Information specific to the system a department services can be recorded. For example, the Hood Suppression Systems department (shown below) lets you record information about any hood system at a particular customer's location (with no limit to the number of hood systems per customer)



You can record hood systems information such as name, location, system brand, system model, fuel shutoff, MGV location, reset relay location, breaker location, rubber blow off caps, metal BO caps, total nozzles, VOS collars, fire alarm panel location, number of links, previous equipment line-up, annually changed cartridge, discharge warning, alarmed or not, monitored or not, and you can also record any number of hydro dates, system install dates, the installer, UL 300 status, upgrade date, upgraded by, and information in various notes sections.
