Each department tab provides a Service Schedule that gives you the ability to schedule services and set them to re-occur on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-annual, quarterly, or yearly basis. Once a customers particular department has been assigned one of the service schedules, a services due search screen (shown below) provides the ability to view all past, present, and future services that are due in a single department, in each department, or in all departments.




One or more technician(s) can be assigned to each service. The Services Due on a particular date can be reported-on to give your technicians a list of jobs to be performed for a particular day, and to print inspection reports with details of the current recorded system information.
